God Provides for Normal Life, Remembers Worried Entrepreneur (Video)

Video / Produced by partner of TOW

Finance professional and business starter Ben Williams counters worry about his business with Bible reading.

What is the biggest challenge to starting your own business?

I think the biggest challenge is – I think it’s all internal – me worrying that people won’t care about it or it won’t work. Or even that it’ll come to the point when it’s financially unstable.

That’s my biggest worry. But I just read a verse this morning – chapter of Matthew 6. It just talks about you know at the end of the day if even God will provide food for the birds, why would he forget about us? Why would he not allow us to eat? And be clothed? And allow me to keep a normal stable life, even if it doesn’t work.

So that’s what’s encouraging. That’s what’s getting me through the day. Because I worry every day, initially. And then I need to be reminded that God’s still in control.
